I had to wait 90 minutes in the early evening for my room to be ready. They said that it will take just half an hour. I paid the full price for the room and got as a compensation a free coco juice drink hahaha just a joke. The communication between employees doing different tasks seems to be chaotic. Maybe the management should be changed.I'll never go back again in this unfriendly place.

The staff was great and the accommodation was superior. We booked superior apartment for 1 night and had an excellent stay. As picky eaters we loved to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to mayara tortas & cia couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away...
Can’t think of anything.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, not far from the beach and in the avenue outside, which makes it very convenient to find transportation. The cleanliness of the entire interior is impeccable, and the hotel facilities are great, including the air conditioning. The breakfast options are amazing, with croissants, champagne, and literally everything you could imagine. Moreover, the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel's location is great for families with kids, as it's just a short walk from the beach and the avenue outside has plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, with great views from some of the windows. the service was also impeccable, with friendly staff willing to help with anything needed. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options including champagne and croissants.
One aspect of the hotel fell short - the communication between staff members seemed disorganized, leading to some delays in check-in.

I had an amazing experience during my recent holiday at a hotel in Joao Pessoa. The breakfast that was offered was the best I have ever had at any hotel in Brazil. There was an amazing selection of options, including croissants and even champagne! The hotel's interior was also stunning and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help me with anything that I needed. the hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to a number of key attractions in the city.
While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a few negative aspects that could be improved. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel close to the beach in JP. Enjoyed the best breakfast spread I've ever seen in a Brazilian hotel! They had everything from champagne to croissants. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other tourist attractions. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
That the room was a bit small for the price we paid, but it was still very comfortable. the reception area tended to get a bit busy during peak hours, which resulted in longer wait times.
